Moment of Truth

This one came from my working-in-a-bank era.
I don't know the exact meaning of Moment of Truth,
but hopefully this story will explain it to you :

An employee always comes early in the morning. He comes to the office before everyone else.
He's doing great in his job, he may be the best employee of that company.
The best employee that the CEO haven't met, even haven't known yet.

One morning, for some reasons he comes late to the office.
And that morning, for other reasons, the CEO is  hanging out in the office's lobby
And the CEO finds out that he comes late, and calls him to approach.
The CEO asks his name and kind of angry, he doesn't want to hear the reasons.

From that moment, the CEO will always recall that employee as "The Late Employee" or "The Undiscipline Employee" etc.
That moment is moment of truth for the employee.
Too bad he's not looking good on his moment of truth.

So what is the moral of this story?

Moment of truth can come to you in any minute, any hour, any moment
You will never know
And it can be a good one or a bad one
So that's why we need to be constantly extra ordinary
And when we finally meet our moment of truth,
We'll have an extra ordinary one,,, :)

And the next challenge will be,,,,
How long can you be constantly extra ordinary? How strong are you?
